Delete your M3alem account

This page lets users of the M3alem app (app.m3alem) request deletion of their account and associated data without reinstalling the app.

How to request deletion

1. Select the deletion button above, or email support@m3alem-app.com with the subject “M3alem account deletion request.”
2. Include the account name, registered phone number with country code, and registered email address if one exists.
3. Support will reply to verify account ownership. Never send your password or one-time verification code.
4. After verification, deletion will begin and we will confirm when the request is complete.

Data deleted

Deletion includes authentication identifiers, profile and contact details, profile and work images, availability and saved preferences, posts, offers, applications, favorites, and device notification tokens associated with the account, where applicable.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for legal or regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, user safety, or dispute resolution. This may include store transaction records, proof of consent, and necessary security records. These records are kept only for the period required by law or the stated legitimate purpose, then deleted or anonymized. Shared records such as messages or reviews may be anonymized to preserve other users’ record integrity.
